Paris, France, has long been revered as the city of romance, but it's much more than that. Its true title for Paris should be: City of Romance, Art, Fashion, Food, and Architecture. Which is quite long; but also very fitting! The iconic symbol for all of Paris has long been (and probably always will be) the Eiffel Tower, which we naturally incorporated into our design. Made of wrought iron lattice, it was completed in 1889. It is named after the engineer (Gustave Eiffel) whose company designed and built it. Gustave was also responsible for the Statue of Liberty in New York. The Tower has spawned many replicas around the world, including the Blackpool Tower, the Tokyo Tower, and an exact imposter in the Paris Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Paris is one of the fashion capitals of the world, hosting two weeks of the biannual "fashion month" each year (the rest takes place in London, Milan, and New York). Celebrities, influencers and fashion lovers from all over the world come to the city to admire runway shows from high-end brands such as Balmain, Chanel, Givenchy and Celine. Aside from the ultra-chic and high-fashion aesthetic, Parisians are known for having a more relaxed lifestyle. Office workers tend to start work around 10:30 am, lunch can last 2 or 3 hours, parties are for pleasure and not work. Coupled with delicious champagne and tasty food, it's no wonder the French always seem to be in a good mood!
